Once the item has been delivered, the customer has 30 days to contact us if dissatisfied.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the product must be returned in new, resale-able condition in the original boxes with all the paperwork for a refund, credit, or exchange.
Once product ships out to you, shipping charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for paying the actual return shipping. Please email us for more information.

When will I receive a refund?
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
